Kalori AI collects only what is needed to calculate nutrition, give meal suggestions, and remind you of meal times. We do not sell your data and do not show ads.
2. Data We Collect
- Profile: optional name, gender, age, height, weight, calorie target.
- Consumption & exercise logs: food/exercise descriptions, estimated calories/macros, favorites, dates.
- Images: photos from camera/gallery for nutrition analysis.
- Device: basic device info (type, OS) from third-party services for operational needs.
3. How We Use Data
- Calculate calories, macros, and calories burned.
- Provide daily menu suggestions based on your profile.
- Send meal reminders (notifications).
- Analyze food images via AI services.
4. Storage & Retention
- On device: profile, meal/workout history, favorites, theme, reminders stored locally (SharedPreferences).
- On AI servers: text/images you send for analysis are processed by Groq/OpenAI-compatible APIs; we do not store them on our servers.
- Delete data by uninstalling the app; you can also delete records manually in the app.
5. Data Sharing
- Groq API: for AI text/image processing.
- Google Play Services: distribution & purchases (subscriptions).
- No third-party ads; we do not sell data.
6. App Permissions
- Camera & Gallery: capture or select food photos for analysis.
- Notifications & Exact Alarm: meal reminders three times a day.
- Storage (media): read images you pick from the device.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for communication with AI services. Local storage follows your OS security mechanisms. There is no absolute guarantee of security, but we minimize the data sent.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13.
